We rely on multiple service providers to assist us in delivering orders. Let us know which service provider is most convenient for you and your location. Our delivery partners are as follows:

  • DSV (only under special cricumstances, requires further indemnity)

Delivery times and turnaround will depend on the service provider of your choice, and the availability of your order.

Order Tracking

When applicable a delivery tracking linking will be sent to you where you can track your order. Orders to be delivered within short distances, the same province or city might not receive a tracking number. If you would like to verify the processing of your order or confirm a tracking number please email info@combie.co.za

Shipping Cost

All relevant shipping costs are provided at checkout. Volumetric pricing may apply for large items such as lights, tents or containers. Volumetric consignments are charged on the greater of the total actual mass or total volume for items per waybill. The formula for calculating volumetric mass per item is dimensions by volumetric factor:

Dimensions: length x width x height divided by 4000 When do surcharges on top of the normal rate apply?

When there is a remote area that requires a dedicated special trip to deliver the consignment then additional charges may be levied.

Examples of special surcharges include:

Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassie/Consulates & remote areas.

There are no regional surcharges, however some selected towns may have surcharges or require special trips to be arranged. Some towns are only serviced on certain days.

Please note, there may be additional charges after 2 failed delivery attempts.
